- Helping you manage the investigative process to avoid missteps and compliance issues including guiding you to ensure that procedural fairness is afforded to the employee and relevant provisions of an applicable award or enterprise agreement have been complied with
For Employees
Are you being investigated at work? This can be a daunting time.
We can guide you through the process and assist with:
- Ensuring you know your rights and if necessary, asserting those rights with your employer.
- Communications with your employer, including requests for time to respond, further information and your written responses to allegations and issues raised
- Briefing a support person to attend disciplinary or investigation meetings with you
- In some circumstances attending a disciplinary meeting with you in support person capacity
- Advising in respect of the findings
