Dr Sam Bridgeford
The principal of the firm is Dr Sam Bridgeford. Sam is accredited by the NSW Law Society as a specialist in Employment and Industrial Law and has over 20 years experience in the field.
Sam has worked for a national law firm as well as for a government department and employer association. He is a regular presenter on employment law topics such as sexual harassment at work, workplace surveillance, telematics/GPS tracking, dismissal, contractor vs employee status and implications, disability discrimination and adverse action.
Qualifications: Sam holds a Doctor of Juridical Studies from the University of Sydney, with his doctoral dissertation including a focus on OHS, employment and discrimination law. He has previously lectured at the University of Sydney Law School.
Kadie Wegenaar
Kadie was admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 1998 and has also been admitted to the High Court of Australia. Prior to joining Bridgeford & Associates in 2010, Kadie worked in the insurance litigation division of a national law firm and as in house counsel. Her area of focus is now Employment and Industrial Law.
Qualifications: Kadie holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Richard Solomons
Richard is an admitted solicitor with several years experience.
As of July 2021 he is engaged as a paralegal at Bridgeford & Associates.
Qualifications: Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney.
